STEP 1
Project set up and contract administration
Appointment of vetted Building Contractor and administer the contract between contractor and client
STEP 2
Allocation of vetted contracting team
We prepare a tailored programme for your build which is kept updated throughout the duration of the works.
STEP 3
Weekly Meetings
We conduct weekly meetings with all parties to gain a weekly forecast from contracting team.
STEP 4
Robust Project Programme
The Project Tracker is used to account for all payments and any variations which may occur during the contracted works.
STEP 5
10 Stage Payment Plan
We inspect the works on site at key intervals and issue a payment certificate when each stage has been satisfactorily completed.
STEP 6
Completion pack with 3 year structural guarantee
Upon Practical Completion we will prepare a snagging list, and following completion of snagging we will collate and issue the project completion documentation including our 3 years Structural Guarantee.
