Our Philosophy
Without a clear set of designs, it is impossible to fix a price for the build. We have therefore designed our Two-Stage Process to bridge the gap between Design and Build. You can come to us for Design-only, or Design & Build. And with our flexible approach, you only commit to each stage at a time.
Building work can be technical and complex, and we are here to help you navigate this process. You can meet our team here. All of our team members are technically qualified in the field they specialise in - be that at the Design phase, or when we are supporting you on site during the Build.
We define quality both in terms of the end product and the service you receive. The way we govern quality is through our 10-stage build process. From project setup right through to final snagging, we have a method for each stage to ensure our outcomes are consistent and our approach delivers quality and value for money.
Having endured the problems of having major works carried out on our house in the form of a loft extension, I was aware of the pitfalls of incurring a poor builder. However, I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Build Team as they were professional all throughout the build. It's very rare to say builders are caring but the team at Build Team really care Build Team designed, project managed and built our kitchen and side return. The managers at Build Team took the time to make regular contact with us throughout the build to ensure we were happy with work carried out on site. The builders went over and beyond when carrying out the works. I have never seen builders work so hard in such harsh conditions during winter. It was truly wonderful experience (something I never thought I would ever say about a major build). It's impossible to praise the team at Build Team high enough.
We engaged Build Team to design and build a kitchen extension. They were professional and responsive throughout. There were some unforeseen issues with the design but they were sorted out. The lead PM was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us some great guidance. All in all we are very pleased with the process and the result.
We used Build Team for a complete design and renovation project. They were excellent at communicating how the process would work, and from our first meeting to nearing the end of our build phase we have been thrilled at the service they have provided. All the work they have delivered has been above our expectations - we have really enjoyed working with Hristo (our project manager) and Ali (our foreman on site). Hristo has been a pleasure to work alongside, helping us navigate the project with ease and resolving any issues quickly and always with a smile. We have loved having Ali lead the build phase for the last 6/7 months. He is polite, very understanding and has worked to make the job as painless and smooth as possible. We will miss them once they've gone! Thanks again Build Team!
