It was great to don our cycle caps and celebrate the close of 2021 with a year-end spin class.

Our thanks to Boom Cycle for making it all happen – and particularly to Instructor Ben who delivered an invigorating 45mins in the saddle – set to the grand fromage of soundtracks. Who would have guessed Johnny Däpp works so well in spin as it does après ski?!

Sadly a number of the team were unable to attend due to covid, which could be reason in itself for a re-run… Following the spin, we replenished calories at Brindisa, before cocktails & a round of mini golf at Birdies.
