Our Team
Dan Davidson
Founder & CEO
Dan began his career as a marketing graduate at Sainsbury's.
He then went on to further his banking career at Barclays for a
period of 10 years which culminated in his role of Corporate
Director in Business Services. In 2007, Dan said goodbye to a
career in banking and founded Build Team, a home extension
specialist that offers a Design & Build service to homeowners
across London.
Dan lives in Dulwich with his wife and two sons and enjoys
cycling, tennis and skiing. He is a trustee to the board of
Groundwork (London & South trusts), a charity established in 1982, which aims
to support local economies to promote environmental
sustainability, and to provide young people with support and
employment opportunities to further their careers.
Mark Eden
Managing Director
As Build Director, Mark oversees the Project Management Team and ensures the smooth running of customer engagements. Mark completed his academic studies in 2002 and qualified as a PRINCE2 practitioner. With experience in both residential and commercial project management, he ensures our projects adhere to Build Team's quality standards and follow our internal process from interim inspections through to final certification.
David Abimbola
Head of Design & Architect
David joined Build Team in 2016 and leads Design Team. He is a qualified Architect and oversees the team and ensures clients receive a high quality design service and that planning outcomes are successful. He loves travelling the world to see how different cultures interpret design. His favourite city (so far) is Chandigarh in India, and he is a keen admirer of Le Corbusier, a French-Swiss Architect.
Natasha Angelova
Administrative Assistant
Natasha is from Macedonia, and after she studied for her Masters Degree in Translation and Interpreting in Italy, she moved to London to pursue her love and passion for the English language. She is hoping to specialise her linguistic knowledge and administrative skills in the administration of construction projects. She loves modern art and good music, and in her free time, she enjoys watching and translating television series.
Steven Davidson
Architect
Steven joined Build Team in 2015 and is a qualified Architect, he is our technical lead for design and planning matters. He grew up in Wales and moved to Scotland when he was 11, he then relocated to London to join Build Team. Steven enjoys football and rugby, and particularly enjoys cycling to client meetings and site visits.
Sean Kember
Build Manager
With over 12 years experience in project management and business development across numerous sectors, Sean is passionate about impeccable service, high standards of work and getting it right first-time. His fascination with architecture began on a college trip to Paris, a city with a myriad of designs from the Middle Ages to the 21st century. He enjoys theatre, reading and art. When he is not submerged in building projects, he can be found at the gym, in the kitchen, or raising money for LGBT+ charities.
Tess Ingle
Design Assistant
Tess grew up in Sheffield before moving to Newcastle to study Interior Architecture at Northumbria University. After graduating Tess went travelling getting the chance to explore different cultures and architecture from around the world. She settled in Australia for two years before recently returning back to the UK to pursue her passion for architecture and design. Tess is our lead on Interior & Landscape design engagements and regularly advises clients on matters as diverse as soft furnishings to garden planting. Joining Build Team in 2019, Tess enjoys visiting the rich and varied boroughs that define the cultural diversity of London.
Afia Taylor
Administrative Assistant
Afia joined Build Team in November 2021 as an administrative assistant. She has years of experience in customer service and administration, and is excited to expand this knowledge into the world of architecture and construction. She grew up in North East London and enjoys learning more and more about the city every day. She has interests in movies, art and good food.
Nisha Attra
Architectural Designer
Nisha joined Build Team in June 2021 after graduating with her MArchD in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University in 2020. With experience in residential architecture in Conservation Areas as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, she is sensitive to documenting project narratives clearly. Nisha enjoys how every design, whether large or small, has the opportunity to tell a story of its site and its users. In her free time, Nisha enjoys urban sketching and exploring the city and all its hidden details.
Gustavo Cilumbriello
Build Director
Gustavo finished his BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology of Parana (Brazil) in 2018 and has been working on various new-build and refurbishment projects in the UK. He started his career in construction and management when he was 14 years old during a Construction Technician course. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, learning about the fascinating Ancient Egypt world, and socialising with friends.
Adnan Ali
Build Manager
Adnan has a 5-year bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore and a Master’s degree with specialisation in Construction Supply Chain Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cardiff. He is also a PhD researcher in Architecture at London South Bank University. He has over 18 years of experience in Architectural Design and Construction Project Management. Adnan is SMSTS qualified and CSCS card holder. He is an amateur Astronomer and a member of Baker Street Society of Irregular Astronomers. He enjoys stargazing, travelling and watching space documentaries in his free time.
Declan Stewart
Head of Brand Marketing
Declan re-joined Build Team in July 2021 and is our Head of Brand Design.
He graduated with a degree in Design for Visual Communication from Croydon School of Art, and has since worked across several different fields including publishing, events, retail and education.
When he's not designing or marketing, he likes to go freshwater fishing for predatory fish.

John McNally
Architectural Designer
John joined Build Team in 2021 as an architectural designer with a passion for 3D visualisations. He grew up in Coventry, and lived in Saudi Arabia for 13 months, before spending two years in Cheltenham. He then settled in London in 2019. John studied for his architecture undergraduate degree and B.Arch in Liverpool. He enjoys climbing, snowboarding and a variety of martial arts, as well as working his way through the restaurants of London to find the best vegan treats available.
Nick Ingrem
Build Director
Nick joined Build Team as a Build Manager in April 2023. Nick has worked in residential Design & Build projects throughout London for the last 6 years and enjoys transforming London homes, utilising the space and making them ready for a modern style of living. When he isn’t stuck into building projects, you will find him out on his bike, fishing, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or in the sunnier months, BBQing in the garden.
Santa Datta
Architectural Designer
Santa joined the build team in June 2021. With a background in architecture from India, she earned her master’s degree in urban design from the University of Westminster. Having previously lived and worked in vibrant cities such as Dubai and Los Angeles, Santa now calls London home. She has experience working on residential projects, including properties in conservation areas. Her projects reflect a blend of creativity and functionality. Beyond her architectural pursuits, Santa delights in the culinary arts, finding comfort and joy in cooking and baking. She also loves traveling and has visited many countries, using her experiences to bring fresh inspiration to her designs.
