We have proposed to extend this property by 3.5 meters and add an additional 21 square meters of living space. By knocking down an old lean-to, outside store and WC means a new kitchen can be created which opens directly to the garden through beautiful Crittall doors. A large window above the kitchen sink will allow the client to enjoy garden views while washing up and two big skylights are going to flood the space with natural light. With planning now granted we look forward to seeing this simple but effective design take shape on site.
