It has been a busy January for Build Team with 24 new Design instructions; one of which is on Oswyth Road, Camberwell SE5 where Dan built his first Side Return and loft conversion back in 1999!

We have two new Side Return instructions in Leytonstone, a rapidly developing area in London, on Vernon Road, E11 and Gordon Road, E11.

We also have a large design instruction in Barons Court, W6 which is to include a Side Return, loft conversion and second storey rear extension.
