When undertaking works of a structural nature, it's very important to ensure your contractor has the highest levels of Public and Employer Liability Insurance. At Build Team, we hold £5m Public Liability insurance which covers homeowners for damage to their (or another third party) property as a result of our actions. On the Employer side, we hold £10m of cover in any one claim.
