Our Design Team is currently working on 6 different projects in SW2, and we recently obtained a planning win for a ground floor extension on Talma Road.

The homeowner’s main focus throughout the design phase was to maximise natural light. They also wanted their extension to have a unique look aesthetically; from the shape of the roof to the size of the skylights.

We worked with the client until we reached a design that ticked all of their boxes. The final design was a rear and side extension with an offset apex roof, and a bespoke glazed opening on the roof and on the rear. The extension includes a kitchen with a large island, lounge and study area with bi-fold doors leading onto the garden.
