3 riders, 3 days, 300 miles

Dan will be setting off tomorrow on a 3 day cycle ride to Paris, joined by Andrew Milnes and Gareth Miles.

The trio will depart from Dan's home in Dulwich, stopping by Build Team's office in Clapham (don't forget the bacon sarnies, please Alice), before making their way down to Portsmouth for the overnight ferry to Le Harve. On Day 2, the riders will set off from Le Harve to Evereux, with a distance of around 90 miles to cover. The final leg of journey will see the three make their way from Evereux to the finish at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Build Team has made a donation to Prostate Cancer UK in support of the ride. The charity was set up by Professor Jonathan Waxman in 1996 and have a mission to raise awareness of the disease and increase spending on research. The charity also supports men to survive prostate cancer and enjoy a better quality of life. If you want to make a donation to the charity, you can do so online here

The panniers are packed, the Garmin charged and energy gels primed; let the ride commence. Please follow our twitter feed for live updates along the way...
