Despite the summer months being notoriously slow for business with many people away enjoying their time off, the Build Team hotline has been extremely busy with new enquiries. Since the start of August, we are thrilled to announce 3 new design instructions on Netherford Road SW4, Nunhead Green SE15 and Taybridge Road SW11. All of our new clients took advantage of our fixed fee £2,995 + VAT design package for Side Return Extensions.

In addition to the new design instructions, this week saw the start of 3 new Side Return builds on site: Halliwell Road SW2, Lordship Lane SE22 and Beversbrook Road N19. Keep an eye on our Twitter feed for updates as both sites progress through the strip out, groundwork and steelwork phase. We will also be posting the full CAD designs for these and our other sites on the website as part of a new online CAD repository which is currently under development.

In other news, we have kicked off a re-design of our website working with a talented design duo: Base Eleven, based in North London. Alice Osborn has recently joined our central support team as Design & Marketing Assistant and will be working with Graham and Beverley at Base Eleven on some really exciting changes to the Build Team website.
