For those of you who know the Queen's Park Estate Conservation Area, you'll also know how tightly it is policed by Westminster Council in terms of planning and day to day amenity matters, such as rubbish removal. That means no skips on the street, strict working patterns and no estate agent boards! (Yes, and we did have to write to Westminster to point out that we weren't actually estate agents).
